Rhodia in Ecuador
Rhodia was established in Ecuador in 1983 as Rhône Poulenc Ecuador. In year 2000 the name was changed to Rhodia Ecuador. Since 1983, Rhodia has maintained a commercial presence in the country, with an office in the city of Guayaquil dedicated to selling Rhodia products to ecuadorian industry. Rhodia Ecuador maintain a leader position in solvents’ market with the ethyl acetate, vanilin, filter tow, silica and surfactants for polymerization.
Rhodia Ecuador integrates the group Andean Pact.
